I am Imke Jungjohann, a coach for transformation in training. I support people through life transitions, inner crisis, burnout recovery, and identity shifts.
My work focuses on helping individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by stress, or unable to continue living in old patterns that no longer fit.
I accompany people in phases of life where simply enduring is no longer an option—and where something new is ready to emerge.
My core methods include:
- Forest bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) and nature-based coaching
- Breathwork and somatic body awareness practices
These tools support emotional regulation, self-connection, and inner clarity. Also nature plays a central role in my work. The forest provides a calm and regulated environment that supports reflection, grounding, and reconnection with oneself.
